The necklace is definitely beautiful and the packaging is perfect especially for such elegant jewellery. Because it was custom-made, the process and shipping was pretty long but I completely understand with it being specially made. So for anyone that needs it for a specific time definitely order at least a month in advance to make sure you have it in time. It would also be ideal if they could make that particular necklace in shorter measurements than what they have since personally I prefer them more closer to the neck. But other than that, the person I spoke to in regards to an enquiry about translating a name to Arabic was super lovely and I would order again!
