Great things take time. Because your piece is not pulled from a warehouse shelf, but meticulously crafted from scratch just for you, production takes about 5-8 business days. Once crafted and polished, shipping within the US takes an additional 4-10business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as it ships!

Because each Ismi piece is uniquely personalized and custom-made explicitly for you, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the production process has begun. We appreciate your understanding that custom art cannot be restocked.

If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or if we made a mistake in crafting the name (different from your approved preview), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
