At ISMI JEWELS, every custom piece is crafted with precision, care, and a deep respect for your unique story. Because your jewelry is made-to-order, it requires a little dedicated time to perfect before it begins its journey to you.

Here is everything you need to know about our production and fast shipping times.

1. Custom Production Time (Processing)

Good things take time. Since each custom nameplate, monogram, or engraved piece is personalized specifically for you, please allow 4 to 8 business days for our master artisans to craft, polish, and package your jewelry to perfection. (Please note: Production time is separate from shipping time.)

2. Shipping Times & Rates

Once your custom piece passes our strict quality control, it will be shipped out immediately. We are proud to provide fully insured shipping options with trusted carriers (including USPS, DHL, and local premium posts):

  • United States: 4 - 8 Business Days (FREE on all custom orders!)

  • United Kingdom & European Union: 4 - 10 Business Days (FREE/Calculated at checkout)

  • International (Rest of the World): 5 - 12 Business Days

Total Estimated Delivery Time = Production Time (4-8 Days) + Shipping Time.

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your active tracking number. You can use this number on our [Track Your Order] page to follow your jewelry's journey home. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

4. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, please contact our support team within 12 hours of placing your order at support@ismijewels.com, and we will do our best to update it before production begins.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

While we rely on trusted carriers to deliver your items safely, ISMI JEWELS is not responsible for packages that are officially marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but cannot be located. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
