This website is operated by LAKAYFINDS LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17017031, trading as Ismi Jewels ("Ismi Jewels," "we," "us," or "our"). We offer this website, including all information, content, features, tools, products, and services available through it (collectively, the "Services"), to you subject to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer the Services.
By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and any additional terms or policies referenced here. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY, ACCESS, AND ACCOUNTS
You must be at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence to use the Services or place an order. If you permit a minor dependent to use the Services on a device you own or control, you are responsible for that use.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account, billing, payment, customization, and shipping information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to another person.
SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS AND PERSONALIZATION
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. Colors, size, finish, and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, photography, and the handcrafted or made-to-order nature of personalized products.
You are responsible for reviewing all names, spellings, dates, symbols, fonts, metal colors, chain lengths, and other personalization details before submitting an order. Personalized items are produced according to the information you provide. If you notice an error after ordering, contact support@ismijewels.com within 12 hours. We will try to make the requested change, but we cannot guarantee changes after production has begun.
We may change product descriptions, specifications, prices, or availability and may discontinue or limit products at any time. Any change will not affect an order already accepted except where necessary to correct an obvious error or comply with law.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when we send an order confirmation and successfully process or authorize payment. We may decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or inventory errors, policy violations, or inability to produce or deliver the requested item.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled item or order to the original payment method. If we need to contact you about an order, we may use the email address, billing address, shipping address, or telephone number provided at checkout.
SECTION 4 - PRICES, TAXES, AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in the currency selected on the website and may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors. Taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import fees, and other charges will be shown at checkout where applicable or may be charged separately by local authorities.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted and that the billing information is accurate. Payment processing may be provided by Shopify Payments or other third-party payment providers, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
SECTION 5 - PROMOTIONS
Promotions, discounts, free gifts, and multi-buy offers are subject to the terms displayed with the offer and may be changed or withdrawn before an order is placed. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined.
For a "Buy 2, Get 1 Free" offer, you must add three eligible items to the cart. The lowest-priced eligible item will be discounted automatically. Each personalized item must be customized and added to the cart separately. The offer applies only while it is clearly displayed as active on the website and while eligible products remain available.
SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Personalized products require production time before shipment. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of production requirements, carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact support@ismijewels.com within 12 hours if an address correction is required. We will try to assist before production or shipment begins but cannot guarantee that a change will be possible.
SECTION 7 - RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND DAMAGED ITEMS
Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy: https://ismijewels.com/policies/refund-policy.
Because custom and personalized products are made specifically for you and cannot normally be resold, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, except where required by law. If a personalized item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly made by us, contact support@ismijewels.com promptly with your order number and clear photographs or video of the issue. After reviewing the claim, we may repair, remake, replace, or refund the affected item as appropriate.
Eligible non-personalized items may be returned in accordance with the conditions and time limits in our Refund Policy. Do not send an item to an address without first receiving return authorization and instructions from us.
SECTION 8 - WARRANTIES
Any warranty included with a product is limited to the coverage and duration stated on the applicable product page at the time of purchase. An optional Lifetime Warranty & Anti-Tarnish Protection plan may be offered for purchase at checkout. The optional plan is not included unless it appears as a separate purchased item in your order.

SECTION 9 - ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We try to keep product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, delivery estimates, and availability accurate. If we discover an error, we may correct it and, where necessary, contact you for instructions or cancel and refund the affected order. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
SECTION 10 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and their content, including trademarks, brand names, text, graphics, photographs, videos, audio, product designs, and website layout, are owned by or licensed to Ismi Jewels and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, download, store, sell, or transmit our content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK AND USER CONTENT
If you submit a review, photograph, video, suggestion, or other content ("User Content"), you represent that you own it or have permission to submit it, that it is accurate, and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
You grant Ismi Jewels a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display User Content for operating and promoting the Services, subject to applicable privacy and consumer-protection laws. If content was provided in connection with an incentive, you must disclose that fact.
SECTION 12 - OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We may provide access to tools, payment services, applications, links, or content operated by third parties. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their services, content, security, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms. Review those terms before using the service or completing a transaction.
SECTION 13 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted by Shopify. Purchases from Ismi Jewels are transactions directly between you and Ismi Jewels, not between you and Shopify. Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for fulfilling our orders, providing customer service, or resolving product claims, except to the extent required by applicable law or Shopify's own terms.

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy: https://ismijewels.com/policies/privacy-policy. Because Shopify hosts the store, Shopify may also process personal information as described in its own privacy policy.
SECTION 15 - PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the Services to violate law; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; submit false, misleading, abusive, or harmful information; distribute malware; conduct fraud; collect information about others without authorization; interfere with website security or operation; bypass access restrictions; or use the Services for unauthorized commercial resale.
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or where necessary to protect customers, Ismi Jewels, Shopify, payment providers, or other third parties.
SECTION 16 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Except for express product warranties and rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not exclude or limit any warranty, guarantee, condition, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
SECTION 17 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ismi Jewels will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the Services or purchase of products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
SECTION 18 - INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Ismi Jewels and its service providers against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your material breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
SECTION 19 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
SECTION 20 - WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision. These Terms and the policies referenced in them constitute the entire agreement between you and Ismi Jewels concerning the Services, except for any additional terms expressly agreed in writing.
SECTION 21 - ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, or transfer of the business, subject to applicable law.
SECTION 22 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights available under the laws of your country of residence. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law permits you to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction.
SECTION 23 - CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, our practices, or applicable law. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes will apply prospectively and will be communicated where required by law.
