I did order a personalised necklace and the presentation was very good - but unfortunately I wasn’t impressed with the ending of the necklace there wasn’t a clasp on it to connect the other end it was just ordinary chain. I guess I can’t still wear it .
Even though it took nearly a month for delivery, this could have been due to personalisation, customer service team was very helpful and reassuring… which gave me peace of mind.
